Ginger Bread or Graham Crackers?

Every Christmas Eve, Candace has us make a ginger bread house while we watch the movie Elf! It has become one of our favorite Christmas traditions!

Gavin and Landon love this activity because there is always a boat load of candy involved! Here they are "helping" us begin construction using graham crackers and icing!

Well, the building of the graham cracker houses went well, really well! It appears as though Candace's was the boy's favorite, because when we turned around for the camera, they were already eating it! We never got a picture of it completed, but it was awesome!

I thought it would be fun to make a ginger bread house that looked like my house! How'd I do?
